Filey Steampunk Weekend 2023
Photographic Hot Spots
The small town of Filey has always had a reputation for being photogenic. Situated on the North Yorkshire coast, just south of Scarborough, it presents stunning views of the legendary brigg and the breathtaking Carr Naze. The town, starting as a small fishing community, became a discreet watering hole and spa.
Many of it's Victorian features remain, along with unique and picturesque sights. The Filey Steampunk Weekend team would like to recommend a few features that might act as a suitable backdrop for those souvenir photographs in all your steampunk finery.
(Please Note: Small paper town maps will be available for free from information points, traders, venues and the local Post Office)
